Wedding Fireworks Planning Checklist
A practical checklist for planning wedding fireworks in Phuket: venue questions, quote comparisons, supplier coordination and an event brief you can copy.
A wedding fireworks moment works best when the couple, planner, venue, photographer and display team share the same brief. Use this checklist before requesting a quote, then bring the answers into your wedding timeline.
1. Start with the venue, date and type of celebration
Share your event date, venue name, approximate guest count and whether you are planning a wedding finale, proposal reveal or another celebration. Include your planner or venue contact if you would like the teams to coordinate directly.
- Event date and venue:
- Planner and venue contact:
- Approximate guest count:
- The moment you want to celebrate:
2. Ask what the venue will consider
Ask your venue whether it will consider fireworks, a live fire show, sparklers or fire letters. These are different options and approval for one does not establish approval for the others. Ask about event timing, access and any venue-specific conditions before building the moment into your plans.
The professional display team must assess suitability and the applicable requirements. A beach or sea view alone does not establish that a display can be arranged.
3. Choose the feeling before choosing a package
Describe what matters most: an intimate surprise, a backdrop to a shared celebration, or a larger finale. Share visual references and distinguish fireworks from live fire performance. If you want both, request separate descriptions and costs so the complete plan is clear.
Our fireworks package guides are around ฿41,800+, ฿69,600+ and ฿111,300+. These are broad planning guides, not fixed quotes. Permission fees, venue charges and special logistics are additional. Proposal setup and live entertainment are quoted separately.
4. Compare the complete written quote
Ask each supplier to explain the scope in writing. Comparing headline prices alone can hide differences in logistics, event coordination and what is included.
- What display or show is being quoted?
- What duration, format and finale are proposed?
- Which coordination, access and setup arrangements are included?
- Which taxes, venue fees or permission-related costs are additional?
- Does the location require separately priced transport or an offshore platform?
- What payment, cancellation and weather-related terms apply?
5. Agree on one timeline and one cue contact
Choose the proposed place in your event schedule and nominate a contact to coordinate with the professional team. Let your planner, photographer, videographer and DJ know which moment is being planned. The display team confirms the operating arrangements and whether the event can proceed.
- Preferred moment in the schedule:
- Planner or coordinator responsible for the cue:
- Photography and video contacts:
- Who communicates timing changes to the other suppliers?
6. Discuss alternatives before the wedding day
Ask what happens if the planned option cannot proceed because of weather, venue restrictions or other conditions. Confirm any alternative, rescheduling arrangement and associated costs in writing. Fire shows, illuminated letters and other effects each need their own suitability review; they are not automatic substitutes.
